If you have never tried CrossFit you are welcome to come over and have a feel of what it’s all about. Free Trial session available. Simply register with us for your spot, show up and give it a go. If you are excited to proceed you will be required to attend compulsory Foundation classes after which you will be able to join the regular sessions.
