Think of your school “sukaneka day”… but with a fitness twist!

Sukaneka Hyrox is a fun, beginner-friendly fitness challenge inspired by the global HYROX format. It’s designed to bring people together to sweat, laugh, and celebrate Malaysia Day as a team.

• 👥 Teams of 3 (minimum 1 woman)

Sukaneka Hyrox?

You and your teammates will rotate through 5 simple movements. Each station lasts just 4 minutes with a 1-minute break in between.

1️⃣ Rowing for Calories – all 3 together
2️⃣ Sandbag Lunges Relay (10kg) – one at a time
3️⃣ SkiErg for Calories – any 2 at a time
4️⃣ Wall Ball Shots (14/8lbs) – one at a time
5️⃣ Farmers Carry Relay (16kg) – one at a time

💡 Scoring: Add up all your team’s reps, laps, and calories for the final score.

👉 It’s short, simple, and perfect as your first taste of HYROX before taking on the full race.
